My Life in Pictures: Day 31 - Maple Sugar #dailypic
Why yes that is a heaping spoonful of brown sugar that I'm putting on my instant Maple and Brown Sugar oatmeal. So so good.

One of my best friends from seminary was in SF and stayed with us Saturday night but then his flight was cancelled and he spent the day with us as well. Great to see him and we had a great time catching up while my appendixless abdomen kept healing as well.
I figured out how to get my Buckyballs back into a perfect cube and that was pretty dang awesome!
"You may also feel sick to your stomach and have diarrhea." Now THAT'S an understatement. After having a pretty good day yesterday, today has sucked. Hoping I feel better tomorrow.
Yum. Ginger Ale and Jello. Toss in some Saltines and that makes my diet for the past couple days.
Season 4 of Mad Men will be with me on the journey toward healing after my surgery. Thanks to my in-laws for the iTunes gift card.
I know I already posted this yesterday but just to be official and keep up with my daily photos, this one seemed appropriate. My very first time having surgery. A laparoscopic surgery to remove my appendix. Good times.
Not sure what's up yet but it could be kidney stones. Not a fun pain at all. What a crappy day.
We had a really great RE:FUEL high school winter retreat. We went to Tahoe and stayed at Zephyr Point Conference Center - had lots of hang time, free time, sledding and some great retreat-like program pieces that the youth really got into. Everyone helped out with the cooking and dishes and cleaning and had great attitudes all weekend long. Such a great weekend trip.
